APEDA stands for Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority. It is a government organization that was brought through an act in 1985 which is aimed at improving the development and promotion of scheduled products that are to be exported.   • An application form that is duly signed
  • Bank account statement of the firm - Latest 2 months
  • Canceled cheque
  • Bank certificate which is signed by the authorities
  • Import-Export code copy - issued by DGFT

How to register online for APEDA

  • At first, you need to login to the official website
  • Click on the tab that displays as 'Register as Member'.
  • Input the basic details asked on the screen.
  • An OTP is sent to you by e-mail and mobile number. Enter them at appropriate places on the screen and submit the page.
  • Fill the details that are asked in the application screen and submit the form along with documents by uploading them against the relevant fields as shown there.
  • Pay registration fees.
  • An application number gets generated and you shall note it down for future use.
  • After an RCMC is issued, the exporter shall log in through the 'Exporter Login' link on the website and track the application status.
  • Once the RCMC is approved, you are ready to go!
