NSIC enlists Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) under Single Point Registration scheme (SPRS) for participation in Government Purchases. The units enlisted under Single Point Registration Scheme of NSIC are eligible to get the benefits under Public Procurement Policy for Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order 2012 as notified by the Government of India, Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises, New Delhi vide Gazette Notification dated 23.03.2012 and amendment vide order no. S.O. 5670(E) dated 9th November 2018.

Exemption from payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

In tender participating MSEs quoting price within price band of L1+15 per cent shall also be allowed to supply a portion upto 25% of requirement by bringing down their price to L1 Price , where L1 is non MSEs.

Eligibility for NSIC Registration :-

All Micro & Small Enterprises having Udyam Registration are eligible for registration with NSIC under its Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS).

NSIC Registration Process :-
Please visit Udyam Registration website for obtaining Udyam Registration Number.
MSEs have to register themselves in MSME Data Bank using UAM No. and PAN, to get themselves registered for Single Point Registration.
Each step has to be filled & every step has saved and continues option. This way form can be refilled and reviewed at any moment using PAN and UAM combination.
It is requested to go through Check-List and Download section to get to know about required forms, annexure and documents.
It is always advisable to kindly place all required forms, annexure and documents on your desktop in a folder for fast uploading.
Fees will be charged on the basis of Unit Enterprise category (Micro or Small).
Third party inspection is also involved for store item inspection. Units are requested to kindly choose inspection agency according to their domain expertise and jurisdiction.
Final Certificate will be available online and respective NSIC office will send physical certificate copy by post.


What is Registration fees For NSIC Registration

For micro enterprises with a turnover of up to Rs. 100 lakh, the registration fee for NSIC's Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS) is Rs. 3,000.


For small enterprises with a turnover of up to Rs. 100 lakh, the registration fee for NSIC's SPRS is Rs. 5,000.


For enterprises with a turnover of more than Rs. 100 lakh, an additional fee of Rs. 1,500 is charged for every additional Rs. 100 lakh of turnover for micro enterprises, and an additional fee of Rs. 2,000 is charged for every additional Rs. 100 lakh of turnover for small enterprises.


It is important to note that these fees are subject to change and may vary based on the current policies and guidelines of NSIC.

  • MSME Registration Acknowledgement - 1 copy
  • Performance Statement
  • If applicable, BIS License copy
  • ISO 9000 copy (optional)
  • Ownership documents copy of the premises which are self-attested
  • Raw materials and finished goods list present in the stock
  • Plant and machinery details
  • Audited Balance sheet
  • PAN Card - Copy
  • Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association
  • Visit the NSIC website and navigate to the registration page.
  • The page has the title 'Single Point Registration'.
  • Fill the form with relevant details as asked on the screen.
  • Scan and upload the required documents and submit the form.
  • Show the original documents at the nearest NSIC branch to the concerned authorities on
  • demand for verification.
  • Pay registration fees.
